These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Alrez LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the AI Security VPN mobile application and all AI-powered security services as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

AI Security VPN offers various subscription plans with different features, AI capabilities, and durations. All subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service and payment policies.
All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment information. Payment terms, refund policies, billing cycles, and subscription management are governed by Apple's App Store policies and guidelines.
We may offer a free trial period for new users to experience our AI-powered security features. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you initially paid.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods except as required by law or Apple's refund policy.

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, AI algorithms, neural network models, software code, design elements, and branding are and will remain the exclusive property of Alrez LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Alrez LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alrez LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, licensees, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where Alrez LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, except as otherwise provided herein.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Service, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Alrez LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
